[Click] Support for IA64 Linux

Hi Rahul,

Give a stock 2.4.26 or 2.4.27 kernel a try, patched of course with 
Click's kernel patches.  I don't believe anyone has tried an IA-64 
configuration, so let us know how it goes!!  (SMP will definitely not 
work.)
