[Click] Grid instability problems

questions to help narrow this down:

what part of the grid code are you using?  is that with or without your 
changes?
what does your click configuration look like?

so whatever your grid setup is, it sends data for a few seconds, and 
then no data gets through, is that correct?  how are you sending data: 
ping, tcp, something else?  How fast are you trying to send data?
