[Click] Problem with flow-based router context implementation

I have followed yours instructions for the flow based
router context implementation, but i have some
problems: when i launch the router configuration i have
the error "flow-based router context failure" caused with ok < 0. When ok is < 0?
 Between my element MeterShaper, that make the search in upstream, and the queues there is
an RoundRobinScheduler, is this that cause the
error?thank you
