annoying nitlet in kernel click_chatter()

Dear Clickers,

Has anyone noticed that using the `%%' format specification causes
click_chatter to print out `%%' instead of `%', in the linux module?

At userlevel, click_chatter works correctly.

I copied the linux vsprintf.c code into a userlevel program, and it
seems to work correctly, printing only a single `%' for the `%%'
specification.

I worry that this may have a related memory/indexing bug...
