[Click] Error in config the click

Hi,
I got click/release/one, which contain 44 objects, from the cvs server with wincvs. But I failed to config it as followed.
  1. with "iwconfig", I saw the "tap0".
  2. install the libpcap in /usr/src/libpcap
  3. autoconf, and the number of the objects raised to 47 
But when run ./configure, the error:

# PCAP_INCLUDES=-I/usr/src/pcap PCAP_LIBS=-L/usr/src/pcap\ ./configure --enable-userlevel  --disable-linuxmodule --enable-grid --enable-analysis
configure: error: cannot run /bin/sh ./config.sub
