[Click] click send packet rate

hi all:
   I have 2 intel 8490MF fiber NIC, point-to-point links
   used udpgen to test Small Packet(64 bytes) Performance ,when I set transmit  1000000 p/s on source host,the destination host /proc/click/Counte/rate show the receive performace is about 670000 p/s ,but the source host /proc/click/u/pd/rate show 0 ,/proc/click/u/pd/calls shows have packet reject. 
  how to see Transmit Performance?
