[Click] Simplequeue calling cleanup stage from new queue element

That is not happening

At uninstall time cleanup() gets called on all prototype elements that were
installed in the Lexer but never in any router, that includes your
NewQueue, if you look at the cleanup_stage you will see it is
CLEANUP_NO_ROUTER
