Advice Anti-spam

Hello,
I suppose you are from the Neterlands. If so, we can communicate in Dutch.
I hate 'Cyberfashi(s)t. Every day I get a lot of filthy and unwanted garbage in my mailbox.
Have you got an idea, of what is the best anti-spam ware?
I tried McAfee, but was not impressed. It workt very well, but in the everyday handling not very handy for the user.
Besides McAfee takes over all Outlook.
What is neat, effective, simple and not to expensive?
Would you please be of any help?
