click is compiled to a kernelmodule. The source code
u would want to take a immediate look is
click/linuxmodule/module.cc
and click/linuxmodule/sched.cc.

well if i got ur write. Click takes a router
configuration to intialise. Please read up the
documentation especially eddie's thesis. It is a
really
good reading.
click basically consists of many elements. It is
upto u to put together the elements and make any
sort of router or what ever u want that to do.
So to put together the elements u have to write a
configuration file that is written in click langugae
which is easy to learn. And then u can feed the
cofiguration file to click using click-install binary.
u can take a look at some sample configuration files
in click/conf directory.
i hope this helps.
