Usermode ToLinux

Hello,

Currently, using ToLinux with the user mode click fails with
an undefined element. I would like to suggest that in user
mode ToLinux act like Discard; at startup it should print out
a warning. This would allow debugging kernel mode scripts
without modification. A similar change should be made to
FromLinux.
