Debugging IPv6/IPv4 translation elements (pt64, pt46 and at)

mmmm... that's the same config file that is on the cvs (the ones Peilei used to test GT64), only changing ip addresses and MAC's....

Ok, I'm going to try to fix it, then I will send you the new config file with the changes so you can tell me if now it's right.
