Could you explain this in more detail?

In my experience, Linux 2.2 is far more stable with Click than 2.4.
Furthermore, Linux 2.4 itself isn't super stable. I tend to use Red Hat 7.1
with a custom-built kernel.

I'll send a sample .config in a separate email. Also, you might want ot
forward your question to the Click mailing list, where someone else might
have advice.
