problem with arp-request

Brecht, how did you reproduce Torsten's problem? Could you send the
configuration along?

I tried a router configuration generated by make-ip-conf.pl, with either
PollDevices (Tulip) or FromDevices, and could not replicate the problem. I
am using the current CVS source, not click-1.2.0.

Brecht, if you have anonymous CVS source up and compiled, could you report
whether it works for you?
