click manpage generation weirdness on OpenBSD

I looked into this and it appears that OpenBSD treats man pages that end
with ".n" differently from normal man pages. In particular it uses the
"-me" macros instead of the "-man" macros. How fucking irritating. I don't
know how to fix this, and ".n" is the right suffix for Click elements. But
I'll try to figure it out.
