If cable-unplugging is the issue there are safer in-PDOS spots
to put it where no one walks, such as by Jinyang's window.
The machine room is a bit overcrowded right now.  March 27 we'll
be rationalizing the layout of there, if you can just wait until
then.

Also, it's pretty easy for me to add in butt to the to over-the-net
hard-disk backup system since it's tape drive died.  Let me know.
