Announcement of public release of Click GUI 2nd try

Hi all,

our uplink is okay again (was down for a whole weekend) and I've fixed
the 'permission denied' problem (thanks to Eddie for reporting this
one), it was a lousy .htaccess file.

I've also fixed the problem when downloading a .tar.gz problem with
netscape under linux by renaming the file to .tgz :-).

So, http://clickgui.atlantis.rug.ac.be should bring you to a working
website now...
