eepro100 polling patches

There are now patches to enable polling support for eepro100
cards in the CVS repository, for 2.2.18 and 2.4.4 kernels.
(The 2.2.18 patches should be applicable to 2.2.19 as well.)
The patches are reasonably stable at this point.  I've only
tested it on a 82557-based controller, but other 8255x'es
should be similar.
