[bug / clueless user] man page nitlet on OpenBSD

I finally got around to looking at this. It looks like redlab's
/etc/man.conf didn't get updated when it moved to OpenBSD 2.9 (Todd C.
Miller fixed this problem for us a while ago). I made the fix; once it
propagates, Click element manual pages should be OK on PDOS OpenBSD. The
fix is to replace

_build .[1-9]  [etc]

with

_build .[1-9n]   [etc]

and get rid of the _build .n line.
