adding new element

Hello,

I am trying to work with the Click s/w. It runs well in both levels.
Now i am interested in developing new elements and attaching to the
configuration. i wrote a new element, but not really sure how should I
modify the Makefile in the userlevel directory to tell it compile the new
element in the ../elements/local directory. so that i could use it then.
Could you clarrify me on this. Your help is much appreciated.
