Hi Peilei,

For now, I'd remove the  'union { .. } p' with '#if 0'. Then add
ELEMENT_REQUIRES(false) to the following .cc files:

elements/linuxmodule/perfcount.cc
elements/linuxmodule/perfinfo.cc
elements/linuxmodule/cyclecount.cc

I think that's it.

Don't check these changes in. Let's talk about itlater this week.
