Hi Jay,

Our paper got terminated from SIGCOMM with prejudice. We do plan to submit
to OSDI. But for now, rather than referring to it as "submitted to OSDI",
I'd rather you refer to it as a "Click technical report" and give the Click
web address: http://www.pdos.lcs.mit.edu/click/ . Whether or not we are
accepted to OSDI,information will be posted there.
