Incredibly minor nit

Oh, one more little nit, if ya don't mind. Our typical approach is to build
in a different directory from the source code. One of the nice features (it
sure ain't the syntax) of "configure" is that it will set things up
properly to do that.

Well, click-specialize invokes click-compile, which does not add a -I
argument to the build directory where it can find config.h. Seems like
that needs to get configured into click-compile when it gets built.
