I think this means that Satya is are suggesting the following two,
separable, changes:

    1. Change all occurrences of Helvetica to Times Roman throughout the
    specifications.

	___ adamantly in favor
	___ in favor
	___ neutral
	___ against
	___ adamantly against

    2. Change the figure/table caption specification to the following:

    Captions:	Flush left, 9 pt, Times Roman.  Type of caption
		(e.g., "Table 1." or "Figure 2."): numbered 9
		pt, bold Times Roman.

	___ adamantly in favor
	___ in favor
	___ neutral
	___ against
	___ adamantly against

(Note that it doesn't make sense to vote for #1 but against #2!)  I
will accept input (not votes) until Friday noon PDT, and do my best to
choose a path that causes least amount of anguish :-).
