I just migrated those pages here...
https://github.com/sit/dht/wiki/howto but they haven't been updated to
reflect the new hosting (many broken links) or Git (references to CVS,
Hg).

Try https://github.com/okws/sfslite but getting it to all work will
likely take you a while...

This project is no longer under active development and the code is not
supported.
