[chord] how to build chord, sfs

Hi all,

I already got chord source code from https://github.com/sit/dht.
I know the link how to build system, which
is:http://pdos.csail.mit.edu/chord/howto.html. But its currently
broken.

Does anyone tell me how can I build it?
Do you know from where I could download sfs?
