[chord] Help

ocaml doesn't seem particular relevant but this should be fine.

Probably you are being asked to run 'sfscd' at a Terminal or xterm.

Recent versions of Chord/DHash do not require sfscd (which is not,
last I checked, actually part of sfslite.)
