It looks like some changes were made to some public interfaces in
sfslite-1.1 that the chord codebase does not yet know about.  Can you
use sfslite-0.8.16 for now?  I'll have to think about how and if I can
support both sfslite-1.1.x and sfslite-0.8.x in the same tree.
