[chord] Mercurial repository change

Hello,

I have moved the old dht repository to be "odht" and the
previously advertised "ndht" repo to take its rightful
place as "dht".  This repository should have the correct
history.

You will need to re-run
    hg clone http://hg.pdos.csail.mit.edu/hg/dht 
to bring up a fresh tree that you can edit and use to
submit patches. 

Please let me know if you have any problems.
