[chord] Mercurial repository change

For those of you who are tracking the live development code (if any),
I discovered a problem in the conversion from CVS last week.  I have
re-done the conversion and ported all changes from the past month over
to a new repository.

That repository is now available at:
    http://hg.pdos.csail.mit.edu/hg/ndht
but will be moved to replace the regular "dht" repository in
the next day.  A copy of the old repository will not be able
to 'hg pull' from the new one.

If you have any private branches based off the old repository,
you will need to use the "transplant" extension [1] in
Mercurial 0.9.3 to migrate those changes to the new repository.

A second announcement will be sent when the new repository
replaces the old one.
