        We are 3 college students from beijing university of technology in 
China , now what we are processing is a project about the chord p2p 
network. Because of the difficulty of the chord, we need your instruction 
about that. From the website <http://pdos.lcs.mit.edu/chord/> , we have 
seen the code for the non-windows conditions, could you help us with the 
situation under the windows?
