[chord] build problem spanning many versions

Hi,

  I'm trying to build chord in fedora core and got this problem in the 
latest version - but it comes up when I roll back to earlier snapshots.  
Does it look familiar?

dbdump.C: In function `int main(int, char**)':
dbdump.C:39: error: cannot convert `const char*' to `DB_TXN*' in argument
   passing
