[chord] Routing Information in Chord

Chord maintains three kind of routing information: finger table, successor
list, and “location table”. How will Chord use this information to lookup
a key? I mean in what order they will be used.

What is the recommended size of the “location table”? When will the
“location table” be used in routing, and when will not it be used?
