Dear Chord Developers,

our workgroup is currently planning to develop a peer-to-peer-based FIPA
(http://www.fipa.org/) compliant Multi-Agent Platform. We want to use
p2p concepts to develop a platform that provides reliable services to
the agents located on the platform.
Especially white and yellow pages services (as described in FIPA
standards) are planned to be implemented using distributed hash tables.
That's why we consider incorporating chord into our platform as basis
for such services.
First we want to develop a general purpose yellow pages service based on
chord.

As our platform will be implemented in Java, we would like to have a
java-based implementation of chord.
So we wonder if there is any java based implementation of chord you know
about. If you do it would be kind to tell us where to find it.

If there is no java-based implementation of chord, we will implement one
by ourselves and make it available to the public under GPL.

Thanks in advance for your answer.

Kind regards

Sven Kaffille
