[chord] running the client after the chord installations

Hi,
 
I have installed both sfs and chord distributions. I have no problem to run
chord, and to exercise the "client" by ./dbm.
 
However, when I tried to the loop-back file system client, I couldn't.
Following the instructions from the chord HOWTO, I have no problem to edit
etc/sfscd_config file, setting up environments, getting keys, running
sfsrodb, and running sfscd. The only thing is that when I tried to use the
client by ls /sfsrewt/chord:[magic string], I got No such file. The magic
string I used is from the output of running sfsrodb. I am wondering what has
gone wrong here. There are no any error messages, the output of sfscd -d is
very looked like the example given in the HOWTO.
 
Any help will be very appreciated.
