[chord] how to install p2psim?

Hello:
When I want to install p2psim in chord-0.1,
it coundn't find lib9.c and thread.h.
 Cound you tell me the environment where you make the p2psim?
I can't figure out the type of  files(librarythread,lib9,libraryfmt ........)in Makefile?
Could you give me an answer?
