Clarification for hands-on assignment due Thursday

Hi,

A few of you have asked what paper is referred to in the assignment
due Thursday. The paper in question is reading #7, titled "The X
window system." Reading the paper is necessary to complete the
assignment, and it will also be discussed in recitation on Thursday.

As with the one-pagers, the assignment is to be turned in during your
recitation section. Also like the one-page assignments, you should be
prepared to discuss the entire paper in recitation, not just the parts
focused on by the particular assignment.

If you have any other questions about the assignment, feel free to ask
your TA (or send mail to 6.033-tas). Thanks!
