[Click] Funny error compiling Click 2.0.1 with kernel module on 3.5.0-22-generic

Okay, so I pulled the latest code from git rather than using the Click
2.0.1 release downloaded from the site, and the error seems to have been
resolved in this later release. Sorry for the confusion, I was under the
impression that the git version was unstable due to careless skimming :)
