[Click] Reconfiguration of todevice/fromdevice after interface reset

Hello all,

I'm using Click (userlevel) in parallel to some other task that needs to
interact with the interfaces, doing things such as ifconfig wlan0 down /
ifconfig wlan0 up.

As one could expect, after disabling and re-enabling the interfaces, the
corresponding ToDevice / FromDevice elements stop working and produce
errors like "ToDevice(wlan0): No such device or address".

Is there a way to reconfigure ToDevice and FromDevice to let them know that
the corresponding underlying interface changed?
