[Click] Click element cyclic dependency

Ah, no, I see the problem. Your datapath.cc file has an 
ELEMENT_REQUIRES(OfSwitch). But OfSwitch is not defined anywhere. As a 
result, Datapath is thrown out. As a result of THAT, EtherSwitch is 
thrown out.
