[Click] how can I compile click for more than 4 CPUs?

Hi Hamid,

I'm not a click expert, but grepping through the source code says that the
flag you need to set is:

--enable-multithread[=N]  support kernel multithreading, N threads max

so you probably want --enable-multithread=16.
