[Click] Cross compile click packages

In particular, it might be much easier to handle this:

Click prefix => /usr/local/click
Click temporary installation directory => /usr/local/click-cross/usr/local/click

than this:

Click prefix => /usr/local/click
Click temporary installation directory => /usr/local/click-cross
