[Click] Problem compiling samplepackage and own elements

Hi Eddie,

Thanks for looking into this problem. I am at the moment unable to
test if the packages actually work. But so far it seems that your
changes helped. I was able to compile samplepackage and my own package
which earlier didn't work. I'm using kernel 2.6.37 and I have applied
Joonwoo's patches (don't know if all are necessary)

0001-FromDevice-avoid-kernel-panic-on-device-status-chang.patch
0002-clickfs-use-unlocked_ioctl-on-linux-2.6.36.patch
0003-proclikefs-use-per_cpu-super_block.s_files.patch
0004-FromDevice-use-netdev_rx_handler_register.patch
and the patch for touserdevice.cc
also the radix.h fix was necessary

As I said I haven't done any testing yet but the compilation seems to work now.
