[Click] igb pollabe driver

Hi Beyers,

Thank you for the information. Actually routebricks igb driver does not
support Click, their ixgb 10 Gig driver supports Click. However, it is nice
to know that they have an element for  multi-queuing support, I will have  a
look at it .
