[Click] access to the list of physical ports list in Click

Hi Remi,

Just for your information, I recently learned about the getifaddrs() library 
interface whch might be exactly what you want.  The AddressInfo element has 
been changed to use this interface, so you can look in addressinfo.cc for some 
pointers.
