Hey Lalith,
i didn't test your changes yet, but after a quick review, i think on ns3
side it is still necessary to have the distinction of the simulator
precision in GetTimevalFromNow. The simulator could still have pico- or
femtosecond precision, which would lead to the same rounding errors.
I will test your changes next week and report back then.
