[Click] Updated tutorials

Hi,

As most of you know, we have Click tutorials to teach our students Click. Those tutorials are freely available at <http://www.pats.ua.ac.be/software/click>.
I have recently updated these tutorials to reflect the code changes for Click 1.8.0. We agree with Eddie on not supporting older versions, as such the links to tutorials for previous versions of Click have been removed. 
As usual, we highly appreciate it if you notify us of errors or other problems in the tutorials. A big thank you to everyone who did this in the past!
