[Click] patchless click patches

You are correct, I missed Joonwoo's 4/12 patch that addresses the
NETREG_REGISTERED issue.

I am not sure on what is the exact issue with FromHost element when using
patchless click.  Hopefully, somebody more knowledgeable will chime in.
