I've tested both FromDevice and ToDevice in Ubuntu 9.10 (kernel
2.6.31-14-generic) using ath9k (D-Link DWA-643 ExpressCard). Both work
well (ToDevice does produce a warning that it was not compiled for a
click kernel, but installs and injects packets without issue).
Excellent!
