[Click] Thread scheduling

Hi Eric,

Are you using the Click 1.7.0rc1 "release" or the current Click git sources? 
There was a bug in 1.7.0rc1 that broke StaticThreadSched.  It is fixed in the 
current sources, which in general everyone should be using anyway.
