[Click] Cannot load click.ko as a FreeBSD kernel module

I checked out the freebsd-kernelmodule-patches branch from github and compiled it under the configuration --enable-bsdmodule successfully. I get the click.ko, but when I tried to load the module with click-install, it failed: /usr/local/lib/click.ko: No such file or directory. I tried to use kldload directly, it also failed: No such file or directory.My FreeBSD version is 7.3, and gmake version is 3.81. I noticed that there is a file called BSDmakefile in ~click/bsdmodule/ Should I use this makefile? What should I do? Thank you very much!
